Digital Instead of Paper

By reducing our installation and operating manuals to the essentials, we were able to cut paper consumption by 80%.

Thanks to QR codes on our products, all detailed manuals are available digitally — simply scan and access them directly on your smartphone.

In 2024 alone, we saved around 8.8 million A4 pages, equivalent to approximately 42 oak trees. In this way, we actively contribute to the protection of forests and water resources and promote efficient, sustainable use of materials.

Kimberly-Clark

In 2024, 1.1 tons of Kimberly-Clark Professional™ paper towels were recycled. This recycling effort reduced the CO₂ footprint for producing new toilet paper or towel products by 171 kg CO₂e.

SOMMER Antriebs- und Funktechnik GmbH actively participated in this recycling program, contributing to the conservation of valuable resources.
